Bresaola And Arugola

Ingredients- for 4

 ½ lb of bresaola thinly sliced

Baby arugola

Juice of 1 lemon,

2 tbsp olive oil,

salt, pepper

Preparation

Place the sliced Bresaola on a serving platter over a bed of arugula and serve  with the lemon juice emulsified  with olive oil, salt and pepper. Let sit for about one hour before serving.
